The Company

SMG Computers is a Bristol based computer maintenance company established in September 2005. Our engineers are fully qualified to degree standard aswell as having many years experience with computers.

Simon Griffiths

Originally from Solihull, Birmingham, Simon came to Bristol to study a Computer Science degree. He graduated in summer 2005 with a BSc honours degree in Computer Science from the University of the West of England. By September 2005, he went full time repairing computers and became the Sole Proprietor of SMG Computers.

As well as formal qualifications and over 1000 successful repair jobs under his belt, Simon has had 10 years of self taught experience with computers. Ranging from building/upgrading computers, water cooling, troubleshooting hardware/software problems, data recovery, virus removal, internet security, programming and web design.

Jamie Taylor

Our newest addition to the team and resident Linux expert, Jamie graduated with a BSc honours degree in Computer Science from Bristol University.
